We hear that Oakwood Kindergartners in Ms. Borland’s class started the new spring season by waking up their bears. The bears had been hibernating in their classroom for three months! The children were excited to open up the dens and take out their bears! The rest of the day was spent completing fun activities with bears by their sides. The students completed Gummy Bear graphs, wrote Wake Up Bear stories, and played a Dice Roll coloring activity with a partner. Needless to say, everyone had a “beary” good day! At the end of the school day, Ms. Borland’s kindergartners happily got to take their bears home!
