There can’t be any question about the severity of this past winter and our local food pantries got hit hard as local residents needed a helping hand. Recognizing this immediate need in our community, over 100 of Whitman’s National Honor Society (NHS) students went to work conducting a food drive that benefitted our local residents in Huntington Station. The students worked hard and were all very generous, and the Bethel Church truly appreciated the donations. What the church cannot use they will pass on to the Helping Hands Mission.
